AA is the top screen grade — beans retained on a 17/64" to 18/64" screen. Large, dense, high-grown beans that roast evenly and deliver the bright acidity and full body East African Arabica is known for.

Washed, sun-dried on raised beds, rested in parchment, then milled and cupped before offer.

Cup and use

• Cup: Bright citrus and blackcurrant acidity, winey body, long clean finish.
• Typical use: Specialty single origin, premium blends.
