Grade C is the screen below AB — smaller beans that still come from the same washed lots. It is the commercial grade of East African Arabica: clean, well processed, and priced for blending.

Milled and cupped alongside the larger grades; sold by the container.

Cup and use

• Cup: Softer acidity, lighter body, clean and mild.
• Typical use: Commercial blends, roast-and-ground.
